Rotary table vertical low pressure injection molding machine
Our hydraulic rotary table machine, of vertical clamping and injection design, is especially suitable for the insert molding production. Moreover, the injection and clamping are controlled by multiple pressures and speeds, ensuring easy setting. The hydraulic rotary table type injection molding machine, can reach a purpose of convenient, efficient, safe and precise operation. The machine can even achieve automatic operation of the whole machine with an available device for automatic embedding and removing. This hydraulic rotary table machine of vertical type is a standard one and it will bring you every advantage for insert molding.
Features & Applications:
1. Rotary table makes a 180-degree horizontal rotation, which enables operator to take off product or insert accessory at the same place, easy and efficient.
2. Rotary table locked by steady pin, ensure it will stop at a precise position, so that upper mold and under mold will clamping accurately.
3. The rotary table platen is controlled by independent Servo motor, it has high positioning accuracy as 0.002 degree.
4. Auxiliary equipment for taking-off product and inserting accessory, can be customerized, to achieve fully automatic production.
5. General rotary table with 2 stations, 3/ 6 stations are optional for higher efficiency improved.

A: After you confirm our PI, you can pay through T/T (HSBC bank) and L/C.

A: 1. First we discuss order details, production details by e-mail or online consultation (Wechat / WhatsApp).
2. Then we issue an PI for your confirmation. Customer should makes payment deposit before we enter production.
3. After we receive the deposit, we start to process the order.
4. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for machine details video to confirm and you should prepare the rest payment.
5. After the rest payment has been received, we start to ship out the goods for you.
d) How do you control quality through production process?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the semi-finished goods before they go into next step production process.
e) How do you handle when your clients received defective products?
