Apple Crisp Vacuum Drying Machine Process

1. Fruit washing, peeling, take out core, cut into slice and color protecting
2. First step drying, it use hot air to dry the fresh fruit into 25-35% moisture
3. Microwave vacuum drying and puffing to get 15-20% moisture fruit slice
4. Apple Dryer Oven use cooling air to cool the puffed fruit slice to get fruit slice crisp
5. Weight system Packing Machine with nitrogen so that not break into small piece when transfer it
